Are you going to have your pictures taken? If you are going to be in front of the camera, a few ideas can make a big difference. If your wedding is coming up or you are having a family portraits, you want to be photography-ready.

Give the gift of time. Give your photographer the time to capture you. If tension happens, it can transpire through your images. Often your wedding photographer get rushed, a lot of things are planned for the day and for the bride and groom, the photography is just one of them . Really at the end of the event, your photographs will be the only thing you can go back to for your memories .After your wedding is over, you will be happy that you were able to capture your beautiful portraits when you will view your wedding pictures. Remember that when you are planning your day, schedule enough time for your photography that you will be able to relax and allow yourself to enjoy your shooting time.

Give your photographer some of you, up your game a touch but let it still be you. I f you are being photographed during your wedding or if you have a family portraits or a glamour shot, you need to project to the camera. Make your neck long and your eyes strong . I use my fashion photography and glamour photography experience to make my brides portraits unique and full of style. Open a bridal magazine nowadays and you will see brides looking glamorous and model like. Wedding photography have come a long way. Brides look like models, the poses are very much inspired from glamour magazines and fashion ads.

Most of us are not model like. Still on the day of your photo shoot, play it off a little. It is ok to feel glamorous, sexy, feminine. Let your eyes do the talking. Please, watch American next top model. Tara knows what s going on. Forget about the reality show part of it. Listen to what Jay, the photo director says, listen to the photographer advice, the runway diva, and Tara. they knows that it is more about projecting to the camera, and how your body flows and the expression on your face. This is why the most beautiful girl does not always wins. There is a whole combination of different factors that comes in.

If you want to smile and it looks real; great. If you dont feel it dont smile, look with a straight face as if there were no camera. Again, if you open a fashion magazine, you wont see a lot of models smiling.

Looking away from the camera works very well also; it does not always need to be eyes on .

Be natural. Let your personality shine. Your photographs should be about you. Just trust your professional photographer and make the connection with the camera .

Nowadays, with the digital photography, you know we can do a little enhancing afterward. dont be self conscious, after the shoot, the photographer takes time to edit. We are artist in the digital room, which means that color pictures can become black and white photography, or sepia-tone. special effects can be added, blemishes are erased. So

You look your best on your wedding day; you did your hair your make up, feel beautiful and hot and make the camera know it. Just have fun during the time you are being photographed. Know that your best is really good enough and do not look for perfection
